Services were held Tuesday at St. George Assyrian Church of the East in Ceres for Hormiz Nenos David, 22, of Turlock. He died July 17, 2011 when he fell over Vernal Falls in Yosemite National Park.

Burial was at Turlock Memorial Park.

Hormiz was born Aug. 8, 1988. He was a Turlock resident who attended St. George Assyrian Church of the East in Ceres
