A memorial service was held Saturday at Grace Community Christian Church for Jeannine Gail Peters-Wrigley, 48, of Ceres. She died Dec. 3, 2009.

Born July 5, 1961 in Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada, Jeannine lived in Ceres for most of her life. She attended Ceres High School. In the 1980s Mrs. Peters-Wrigley also lived in McMinville, Ore., where she worked at a bread bakery.

She was a member of Grace Community Christian Church in Ceres. She enjoyed horses and her beloved dog, Tiki.

She leaves behind her children, Aron Gilpatrick of Ceres, Brandon Wrigley of Arizona, Corianne Wrigley-Handel of Modesto and Kelly Corona of Ceres; her sisters, Marsha Thom of North Highlands and Diana Doolittle in Puyllup, Wash.; her brother, Tim Peters of Ceres; her mother, Dorris Peters of Ceres; and six grandchildren, Moneek, Mikayla, Sariah, Gavin, Jayden and Aadin. She was preceded in death by father Harry Peters.
