A graveside service was held Monday at Lakewood Memorial Park for Mae Oma Gray, 81, of Ceres. She died Wednesday, July 27, 2005 at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.
Lakewood Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Born July 2, 1924, Ms. Gray was a native of Cecil, Ark., and lived in Ceres for 35 years and previously lived in Glendale for 20 years. She worked in the canning industry for 20 years. Mrs. Gray enjoyed playing bingo.
She leaves behind her caregiver and nephew, Roy Reeves of Ceres; her brother, J.D. Horton of Ceres; and two sisters, Dorothy Spangler of Ceres and Joann Mullins of Sun City.
