A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. today at Lakewood Memorial Park for Maxine C. Parrish, 78. She died Nov. 3, 2010 at Hylond Convalescent Hospital.
A service followed at Empire Brethren Church.
Born Jan. 19, 1932 in Missouri, Maxine lived in McFarland, Hughson, Waterford and Ceres. She was secretary at the Brethren Church in McFarland and office manager of Modesto Convalescent Hospital. Maxine enjoyed her friends, going to church and taking long walks.
She leaves behind her two children, Roberta Ludy and Mike Parrish; four grandchildren, Jacqueline Patrick, Ludy Parrish, Brent Parrish and Michaela Parrish; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by mother Alta, husband Robert.
