Unable to match host Ripon's depth, the Ceres Dolphins recreational swim club lost 1,869-1,634 to the Sea Lions on Saturday.

The Dolphins dropped to 2-2 in the MVSL standings.

"The talent is even," Ceres coach Tracy Bull said. "We scored a lot of points. They just have so many kids."
