Police arrested a 41-year-old Phoenix, Arizona woman Saturday afternoon on multiple charges that stemmed from her parking her car to obstruct the flow of traffic into Denny’s and the adjacent Chevron station in the 1500 block of Herndon Road.

At 5:01 p.m., Officer Jonathan Blount spotted the gray 2009 Nissan Altima, which didn’t have license plates, and spoke to driver Jessica Irvin who initially offered a false name. The officer also spotted an illegal “billy club” in her car.

Irvin was found to have outstanding arrest warrants and in possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary tools. She was arrested and booked into jail at the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of impersonating another person to make the liable, possession of a billy club, possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia and two outstanding warrants.
