Miguel Valencia, 24, of Modesto, was arrested late Wednesday, March 23 after he was spotted in the area of Herndon Road and Pecos Avenue by Officer Eric Souza who recognized him as being wanted for several felony warrants. Valencia was arrested him without incident and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on four outstanding felony warrants.
