Tony Arreola, 36, of Ceres, was arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of ammunition after he was stopped for allegedly running a stop sign in the 1200 block of Nadine Avenue on Tuesday evening, Sept 29.

Officer Miguel Villalobos was on patrol at 10:50 p.m. when he saw a red Honda CRX run the stop sign and initiated a traffic stop. Arreola was on searchable probation and during a search the officer located several bullets near the door but no gun.
