A 29-year-old Modesto man was arrested Wednesday evening, Aug. 17 after he was involved in an alcohol-related injury crash. 

At 7:35 p.m. Officer Aaron Pinon rolled to the scene of the crash where he found the responsible driver, Luis Valle, 29, of Modesto, who appeared to under the influence of alcohol/drugs. After a DUI investigation was conducted, Valle was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and causing injury.

The victim in the other vehicle was taken to a local hospital and listed in stable condition.

Valle was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
