A Wednesday evening, Nov. 13 traffic stop in Ceres led to the arrest of a passenger from Empire who was wanted on a felony warrant relating to her possessing ammunition as a felon.

Patricia Ruacho, 49, of Empire, also had a second misdemeanor warrant for her arrest stemming for impersonating someone else to in a prior police contact.

Officer Nicolas Welsh stopped the car for expired registration at 11:39 p.m.
