Donald Lemings, 25, of Ceres, was arrested Saturday evening and charged with burglary after he was seen prying into a cash box of a washing machine at a laundromat that contained $4 in quarters.

Police were called at 7:43 p.m. to Simi Laundry in Punjab Plaza in the 3500 block of Central Ave. A patron there detained Lemings until police arrived.
