Albert Luna, 34, of Ceres, was arrested in an early Wednesday, April 14 traffic stop made on him and officers learned they he had several warrants.

Officer Matthew Johnson stopped Luna’s white Jeep Cherokee at 3:05 a.m. because his license plate registration had been suspended.

After Officer Johnson contacted the occupants in the vehicle at Hatch Road and Herndon Avenue, a records check on Luna reported several warrants for his arrest. 

Officer Johnson arrested Luna and booked him into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
