Adam Santana, 19, may have gotten away from an officer on Tuesday evening, March 22, but he was arrested the next day for domestic violence charges.

Officer Eric Gallegos spotted Santana at Central Avenue and Darrah Street at 9:41 p.m. and knew him to be wanted for charges. Gallegos attempted to arrest Santana but he took off running. Santana was chased by the officer but slipped away. The next day Santana was located at a unit in the Vineyard Apartments, 1625 Richland Ave., where he was arrested without incident.
