A driver's alleged inebriation was the cause of a Sunday crash of a vehicle into a house at 2000 Central Park Way, said Ceres Police Department spokesman Lt. Chris Perry.
The crash was reported at 2:08 a.m. Perry said that a driver of a car drove into a garage and house, then put it in reverse and pulled into the right location, his wife's house at 1929 Central Park Way.
Police found driver Tyree Williams, 36, of Modesto, still in the car and showing signs of being drunk.
On the way to the Doctors Medical Center for a blood draw, Williams vomited in the back of the patrol car.
He was arrested for DUI.
