Ceres Police last week issued a composite sketch of a suspect who allegedly has exposed his private parts to young girls numerous times since Dec. 15.

The reports have occurred in apartment complexes in southeast Ceres between Whitmore Avenue, 10th Street, Roeding and Mitchell roads. The most recent incident occurred on April 5.

The suspect has been described by witnesses as a white male adult in his late 20's to early 30's. His height is estimated to be between 5-foot-8 to 6-foot tall and weighing between 170 and 230 lbs. He has dirty blonde long hair that one witness described as being halfway down his back. On a few of the occasions he was seen wearing jogging clothing and running through the area before exposing himself.

A sketch artist from the Department of Justice met with a witness and produced the sketch in hopes that someone recognizes this person and reports him. Anyone who has an idea of the suspect is being asked to notify police by calling 911. Or contact Detective Hively via email: ahively@ci.ceres.ca.us or by calling 538-5728. Anonymous tips can also be reported to Stanislaus Area Crime Stoppers, 1 (866) 60-CRIME or texting tips to 274637 with TIP704 in the wording.
