Services were held for Almeda Ora Recanati, 69, of Ceres. She died peacefully on April 28, 2010 at her niece's home in Turlock following a long battle with cancer.
Born May 23, 1940, Almeda had a long career as a surgical nurse in San Jose.
She is survived by her husband Arnold Recanati; her four children, Mark Recanati of Texas, and Philip Recanati, Michelle Rudolph and Cynthia Beim, all of Idaho; f sisters Edna Brock of Manteca, Louise Cargill of Manteca, Esther Deatherage of Stevinson, Cynthia Tidmore of Riverside, nine grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
