Ann-Mavourneen LeMaire

A Mass was held July 8 at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres for Ann-Mavourneen G. Lewey LeMaire, 55, of Ceres. She died Monday, July 4, 2005 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Palo Alto.

Entombment was at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery in Modesto under the direction of the Ceres Chapel of Franklin & Downs.

Born April 6, 1950, Mrs. LeMaire was a native of Indianapolis and lived in Ceres for four years. She was a clerk in the Army. While serving in the Army she was injured and as a result was disabled. Mrs. LeMaire was a veteran of the Vietnam War. She was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres.

She leaves behind four children, Mellisa "Bethann" Campbell, Frances Michelle Haven and Robert Henderson, all of Ohio, and Carroll Dale Henderson of Florida; and four brothers, William-Stephen G. Lewey of Modesto, Kevinjoseph G. Lewey of Bakersfield, Gregg-Randall G. Lewey of Granada Hills and CharlesRichard G. Lewey of Reno; and her sister and caregiver, Dianedenise G. Compton of Ceres. She was preceded in death by her husband, John LeMaire, her parents and a brother.
