Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at Lakewood Funeral Home (Riverside Chapel) for Brandon Michael Edwards, 30, of Ceres. He died July 8, 2011.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Born May 28, 1981 in Patterson, Brandon lived most of his life in Ceres. He was an EMT and former firefighter with Mountain View Fire District. He was known for his infectious smile, laugh, pulling shenanigans, and home cooked meals.
He leaves behind his mother, Sarah Kaczynski; his step-father, Thomas Kaczynski of Waterville, Ohio; his father, Michael Edwards of Ceres; his brothers, Nicholas Edwards of Ceres, and Paul Edwards of Waterville, Ohio; and his go-daughter, Ainsley. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Herbert and Modene McNutt, Gilford and Nina Edwards.
