A Celebration of Life was held at Allen Mortuary in Turlock on Sunday for Charles Paul Brown, 53, of Salida. The former Hughson resident died recently at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.
Private inurnment will be at a later date.
Born August 1957 in Oklahoma to Joe and Christine Brown, Charlie was raised in Hughson and graduated from Hughson High School in 1975. A lifelong resident of the Valley, Charlie enjoyed camping and music, but his passion was motorcycles, motorcycles runs, and four wheeling.
He leaves behind his daughter, Katie Brown of Modesto; his sister, Phyllis Brown of Modesto; and two grandchildren, Edward Mendes and Jada Mendes, both of Modesto. He was preceded in death by his parents.
