A celebration of life will be held at noon on Sunday, Oct. 17 at Crane Park in Turlock for Dean Hodges, 51, of the Hughson-Turlock area. He died Oct. 2, 2010.
Born March 16, 1959, Dean lived in the Hughson and Turlock areas all his life. He worked as a carpenter, enjoyed building hot rods, boating, fishing, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He leaves behind his mother, Priscilla Hodges of Hughson; two daughters, Kacie Berberia of Turlock and Leslie Powers of Delhi; his sister, Debbie Keith of Hughson; and five grandsons, Shawn Powers, Aaron Powers, Tyler Powers, Lucas Berberia and Austin Berberia. He was preceded in death by his father, Leslie Hodges.
