The McHenry Chapel of Franklin & Downs was in charge of private services for Delbert Leon Stroud, 60, of Modesto. He died Friday, April 9, 2004 at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
Born Oct. 13, 1943 Mr. Stroud was a native and lifelong resident of Modesto. He was an auto body worker for 40 years.
He leaves behind his children, DeAnna Reynolds of Missouri, Trevor Stroud and Russell Stroud, both of Modesto, Billy Tucker of Texas, Dave Davis of Washington, Carol Lampley of Ceres and Cheryl Costello of Turlock; two brothers, Larry Stroud of Ceres and Richard Stroud of Arizona; sister, Lynn Rogers of Modesto; and 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
