Eaton Family Funeral Home was in charge of private services for Donald “Buggs” Baker Fortner, 59, of Ceres. He died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2005 at his home.
Born Jan. 7, 1946, Mr. Fortner was a native of Modesto and a lifelong resident of Ceres. He was an electrician for 20 years. He enjoyed thrift shopping, archery and pool. Mr. Fortner was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam era.
He leaves behind two children, Donald Clelle Fortner III and Dawn Renee Fortner, both of Turlock; his brother, Christopher Leroy Baker of Ceres; two sisters, Joy Black of Ceres and Judith Abbott of Montague; and four grandchildren.
