Evins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Elizabeth H. Wilson Atwell, 84, of Ceres. She died Monday, Feb. 14, 2005 at English Oaks Convalescent Hospital in Modesto.
Born June 22, 1920, Mrs. Atwell was a native of Eden, Texas, and lived in Ceres for 82 years. She worked as a sorter for S&W Fine Foods in Modesto for 20 years. Mrs. Atwell was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Ceres. She enjoyed music and reading.
Mrs. Atwell leaves behind her son, Bill Atwell of Ceres; her brother, James Wilson of Ceres; her sister, Dorothy Black of Modesto; and six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister.
