A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Ceres Chapel of Franklin & Downs for Ella R. Harbel Shrader, 76, of Ceres. She died of natural causes on Sunday, August 7, 2005 at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson.
Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the chapel.
Born Sept. 25, 1928, Mrs. Shrader was a native of Sargent, Neb., and lived in Ceres for 24 years. She was a homemaker and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary Post, the American Legion Post #491, MoStan Wheelers RV Club and the Waterford Sportsmans Club.
She leaves behind her husband, Art Lind of Ceres; three children, Dennis Shrader of Cincinnati, Ohio, Craig Shrader of Ceres, and Pamela McCants of Sunol; her brother, Maurice Harbel of Wyoming; her sister, Mary Kraft of Wyoming; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Felix Shrader; and her son, Frank Shrader.
