Services were held for Emma June Longo, 79, of Weiser, Idaho. The former Ceres resident died March 22, 2008 at her home.
Born Nov. 27, 1928 in Oklahoma, Mrs. Longo operated a dairy farm in Stanislaus County from 1947 to 1976 at which time the dairy ended and almond farming began. She retired in 2004 to Ceres. She then moved to Idaho where she lived until her death.
She leaves behind two sons, Carl Joseph Longo of Weiser, Idaho, and Charles Alan Longo, Sr. of Reno, Nev.; two brothers, Terrel P. Goodloe and Robert Goodloe, both of Stockton; and a grandson, Charles Alan Longo, Jr. of Reno. She was preceded in death by husband William Carl Longo and her parents, Claude and Lillian Goodloe.
