Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel for Eva Diaz, 60, of Modesto. She died April 30, 2008.
A Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres.
Interment will be at St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
Mrs. Diaz was born May 22, 1947.
She leaves behind her husband, Laureano Diaz of Modesto; her children, Sergio Diaz, Jose L. Diaz, Rosalba Diaz and Angelica Victoria; her brothers, Bulmaro Plascencia, and Carlos Plascencia; her sisters, Elisa Linares, Victoria Camarillo, Maria Castro and Leonor Garcia; and six grandchildren, Laura G. Barajas, Alejandra Victoria, Andres Victoria and Emilio Victoria, Arianna Diaz, and Madeline Diaz. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reynaldo and Macrina, daughter Laura, and sister Mellie Rivera.
Remembrances may be sent in her memory to Community Hospice.
