A graveside service was held Monday at Lakewood Memorial Park for Evelyn E. Willner Millward, 73, of Ceres. She died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005 at her home.
Eaton Family Funeral & Cremation Service was in charge of arrangements.
Born July 26, 1931, Mrs. Millward was a native of Omak, Wash., and lived in Ceres for 24 years. She was a school teacher and a homemaker. Mrs. Millward was a graduate of California State University, Stanislaus. She enjoyed writing, reading, decorating and gardening.
Mrs. Millward leaves behind three children, Christopher Millward of Ceres, Patrick Millward of Oroville and Gayle Thomson of Port Orchard, Wash.; two brothers, William Willner of Clearlake and James Willner of Newport, Wash.; her sister, Mim Slusser of Minden, Nev.; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gaylen Millward.
