A memorial service was held Tuesday at Allen Mortuary in Turlock for Faye Leihua Rodrigues, 49, of Turlock. She died June 10, 2010 at Emanuel Medical Center.
Born in March 1961 in Hawaii to Earl Kealoha and Elizabeth Lola Rodrigues, Faye moved to California when she was five years old. She loved the outdoors and also loved cooking, cleaning and crocheting. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a happy person and enjoying talking and laughing with her family and friends. Mrs. Rodriguez attended Victory Outreach in South Modesto.
She leaves behind her children, Michele Mendoza of Ceres, Mary Ellen Klee of Turlock, Priscilla Klee of Turlock, Johnny Klee of Turlock and Priscilla Jimenez of Hughson; her sisters, Edwina Munoz of Turlock, and JoEllen Rodrigues and Mary Rodrigues, both of Modesto; her brothers, Earl Rodrigues of Ceres, Alex Rodrigues of Oregon, and Tom Rodrigues of Turlock; and 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
