A graveside service was held Friday at Lakewood Memorial Park for Gloria Dean Harkrader, 60, of Hughson. She died Monday, May 23, 2005 at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
Lakewood Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Born Oct. 29, 1944, Mrs. Harkrader was a native of Shelton, Wash., and lived in Hughson for 27 years. She previously lived in Modesto for 21 years. Mrs. Harkrader owned a restaurant for seven years. She was a member of the Ceres Senior 50-Plus Club. Mrs. Harkrader enjoyed quilting, knitting and sewing, as well as wood painting and gambling.
She leaves behind her husband, Ennis Harkrader of Hughson; two daughters, Sheryl Corova of Hughson and Karyn Miller of Modesto; two stepchildren, Jeff Harkrader and Steve Harkrader, both of Hughson; three brothers, Calvin Williamson of Manteca, Wayne Williamson of Phoenix and Jim Williamson of Dallas; and six grandchildren.
