Private services were held Grace Achterberg, 80, of Ceres. She died Dec. 19, 2007.
Burial was at Ceres Memorial Park.
Born July 26, 1911 in Susanville, Mrs. Achterberg was a resident of Ceres for over 80 years.
She leaves behind by her daughter, Janice Mark of Twain Harte; five grandchildren, Diana Pinheiro of Modesto, Dede Avila of Turlock, Allen Achterberg of Missouri, and Roy and Donna Achterberg of Arkansas; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Floyd and son Don.
