A graveside service was held Friday at Burwood Cemetery in Escalon for Gusetta Jones West, 69, of Lodi. She died Monday, Aug. 9, 2004 at Wine Country Care Home.
Deegan Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
Born Sept. 20, 1934, Mrs. West was a native of Ceres. She lived in Lodi a short time and previously lived in Herald for 50 years. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed cats.
Mrs. West leaves behind her husband, Samuel A. West of Ceres; two children, Sandra Beglau of Lodi and Mary West of Galt; and four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
