A memorial service was held Sunday at Samaritan Village Chapel in Hughson for Harold E. Bills, 88, of Hughson. He died April 22, 2010 in Hughson.
Born April 10, 1922, Harold formerly lived in Chico before moving to Samaritan Village.
He leaves behind three daughters, Janice Luman of Denair, Barbara Besson of Lincoln, and Kathleen Bills of Auburn; his sister, Ethel Townsend of San Rafael; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by wife Melba, sisters Frances and Mildred and brother Melvin.
Remembrances may be sent to the Evangelical Free Church of Chico or to Samaritan Village Chapel of Hughson.
