A memorial service is set for 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 at Samaritan Village, 7700 Fox Road, Hughson, for Helen B. Zerga, 83, of Hughson. She died Sept. 17, 2010.
The Neptune Society Cremation was in charge of arrangements.
Born Jan. 27, 1927 in San Francisco to Elbert and Daisy Green, Helen married David Zerga in San Mateo on May 17, 1947. Her greatest joy was her family and she loved them dearly. Mrs. Zerga was a homemaker and resident of Samaritan Village in Hughson.
She leaves behind her husband, David Zerga of Hughson; her children, Donald Zerga and Cathleen Cooper; her daughter-in-law, Alexis Zerga; her brothers, Bob Green, Don Green and Bill Green; her sister-in-law, Shirley Kilkenney; two grandchildren, Lindsay Sherman and Melissa Zerga; and great-grandchildren, David Willis and Tripp Sherman;
Remembrances may be sent to a favorite charity.
