A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. today at Keyes Assembly of God for James "Dog" Climer, 61, of Vacaville. He died Saturday, July 30, 2011.
Burial will follow at Ceres Memorial Park with arrangements handled by Allen Mortuary.
Born May 19, 1950 in Arcadia to Clyde and Claudia Climer, James was raised in Modesto and lived in the Ceres area most of his life. He enjoying riding his Harley Davidson and he loved his children.
He leaves behind his wife, Catherine Climer; his children, Nicole, Laura and James, Jr; his brothers, Sam Climer, Harlan Climer, Leon Climer, Norman Climer, Harold Climer, and Clyde Climer; and two sisters, Arlene and Darlene; snf six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brothers Michael and Ronnie.
