Eaton Family Funeral & Cremation Service was in charge of Monday's graveside service at Turlock Memorial Park for Jennie Amaya Luna, 74, of Ceres. She died Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at her home.

Born March 5, 1931, Mrs. Luna was a native of Firebaugh and lived in Ceres for 30 years. She was a teacher's aide with Modesto City Schools for 15 years. Mrs. Luna enjoyed gardening and crocheting.

She leaves behind six children, Jack Albert DeAnda and Mary DeAnda, both of Modesto, Andrew DeAnda of San Jose, Victor DeAnda of Ceres, Betty DeAnda of Manteca and Jacqueline Chacon of Utah; her brother, Jessie Amaya of Union City; and 20 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children, Gloria Gutierrez and Bernidine DeAnda.

Remembrances may be sent to a charity of choice.
