Jim VanWinkle

June 18, 1939 - March 8, 2017

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 18 at Bethel Tabernacle, 2425 E. Service Road, Ceres, for Jim VanWinkle, 77, of Ceres. He died March 8.

Born June 18, 1939 in Millerton, Okla., as one of six children, Jim moved to California in 1943. He grew up in the Westley area. Mr. VanWinkle was employed by Gallo Glass for 37 years before retiring on March 7, 1997. He lived in the Ceres area for the last 40 years.

He leaves behind his wife Bernice, 2 sons, 4 granddaughters and 2 great grandson's.
