A Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. today (Wednesday) at St. Jude's Catholic Church for Josefa Castellanos Ibarra, 85, of Ceres. She died Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006at Doctors Hospital of Manteca.
Burial will follow at Ceres Memorial Park under the direction of the Ceres Chapel of Franklin & Downs.
Born Sept. 19, 1920, Mrs. Ibarra was a native of Madera and lived in Ceres for four years. She previously lived in San Jose. Mrs. Ibarra was a homemaker and a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres.
She leaves behind two children, Joaquin Ibarra of Ceres and Alicia Naranjo of Waterford; two brothers, Sam Castellanos of Waterford and Ramon Castellanos of Ceres; and her sister, Gloria Flores of San Jose. She was preceded in death by her husband, Enrique Ibarra.
