Private services were held for Margaret Lockhart McLeod Taylor, 88, of Ceres. She died June 22, 2010.
Born Nov. 28, 1921 to Benjamin Davis Mcleod and Martha S. (McElwee) in Ceres, Margaret graduated from Ceres High School. She worked locally.
She leaves behind her son, Jeffrey Taylor of Oakdale; two granddaughters, Kristy Ross of Hughson and Lindy Adams of Arizona; and her great-granddaughters Kadie Ross and Nicole Ross. She was preceded in death by husband Benjamin Taylor, daughter Jacqueline Taylor and sisters Jean (McLeod) Ball and Patrice (McLeod) Davidson.
