A funeral service was held Monday at Grace Lutheran Church in Modesto for Marion Margaret Kuehn, 81, of Ceres. She died July 23, 2008.
Born March 16, 1927 in Tyler, Minn., Marion was born to Soren and Annie Lund. She grew up on the family farm. After graduating from high school she moved to Minneapolis, Minn., where she began a lifelong career working at Abbot Northwestern Hospital in the medical records department. She married Virgil Kuehn in 1953. Mrs. Kuehn has been a Ceres resident since 1990.
She leaves behind her husband, Virgil Kuehn of Ceres; a son, Paul Kuehn; her sisters, Alice Mae Anderson of Apple Valley, Minn., and Barbara Elving of Modesto; and three grandchildren, Soren Kuehn, Phillip Kuehn and Emily Kuehn.
