A celebration of life was held Saturday in Ceres for Mary "Punky" Luke Roderick, 55, of Ceres. She died Monday, Feb. 7, 2005 at her home.
Lakewood Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Born Feb. 5, 1950, Mrs. Roderick was a native of Modesto and lived in Ceres for 51 years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed nature, reading, gardening, bird-watching and photography.
Mrs. Roderick leaves behind her son, Richard Flanagan Jr. of Ceres; her mother, Mary Luke of Ceres; two sisters, Ann Cabral and Olivia Esteves, both of Ceres; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, William Luke; and two brothers.
