Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel was in charge of private burial at Oak Hill Memorial Park in San Jose for Michelle Kim James Lyle, 48, of Los Banos. She died Nov. 20, 2005 when her car was struck by a drunk driver on Highway 99 in Ceres.

Born June 25, 1957, Michelle was a native of Northridge and had lived in Los Banos since 2001. She was a schoolteacher.

She is survived by her mother; and one brother.
