Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ceres Chapel, for Monte Lee Anderson, 49, of Ceres. He died Friday, Nov. 11, 2005 at Alexander Cohen Hospice House, Hughson.
A funeral will follow at 1p.m.
Burial is pending at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella. Eaton Family Funeral & Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
Born Jan. 17, 1956, Mr. Anderson was a native of Boise, Idaho, and lived in Ceres for 10 years. He was a tire repairman for Rich's Tires for eight years. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Mr. Anderson enjoyed leather crafts and mechanical work.
He leaves behind his daughter, Bonnie Jean Anderson of Montana; his mother, Louise Bennett of Ceres; two brothers, Michael Lloyd Anderson of Bishop and Randall Lynn Anderson of Modesto; and three grandchildren.
