A celebration of life was held Saturday at United Pentecostal Church of Ceres for Nick Lagos, 74. He died June 26, 2008 in Redding on after battling cancer.
Born July 25 1934, Mr. Lagos attended Modesto High School. He was a meat cutter, having owned his own businesses for many years, including Hilmar Locker. He was a cherished father and grandfather.
He leaves behind his two children, Marilyn Overturf and Justin Lagos. He was preceded in death by son Tom Lagos and daughter Jean Collins.
