A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday) for Rose Marie Tunnell, 63, of Modesto. She died of natural causes at her home on Thursday, April 15, 2004.
Lakewood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born March 3, 1941, Mrs. Tunnell was a native of Washington, and lived in Modesto for 37 years. She was a communications supervisor for the U.S. Department of Defense for 30 years.
She leaves behind her husband, Grady Tunnell of Modesto; two daughters, Beverly Fischer of Ceres and Carolyn Snyder of Modesto; two brothers, Floyd Anderson of Summer, Wash., and Alvin Anderson of Bremerton, Wash.; two sisters, Fern Mangold of Modesto and Joyce Risher of Bremerton; and two grandchildren.
