Rosella P. Marks Huff

A Celebration of Life was held Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Molalla, Oregon for Rosella Patricia Marks Huff, 65, of Molalla, Ore. She died Dec. 3, 2009 at her home.

Burial was at the Russelville Cemetery under the direction of Molalla Funeral Chapel.

Born July 23, 1943 in Stockton, Rosella was the daughter of the late John and Elaine Marks. After graduating from Ceres High School, she served in the Navy from 1961 to 1962, then worked for J.M. Smucker Company in Woodburn, Ore., from 1973 to 1985. In 1986 Mrs. Huff was employed with Pacificare of Oregon in Lake Oswego until her retirement in 2002. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and volunteered for charities like the Ronald McDonald House, Molalla Senior Center, and Meals on Wheels. Rosella enjoyed music, reading, sewing, beading, and geneology.

She leaves behind her husband of 43 years, Raymond H. Huff of Molalla, Ore.; three daughters, Sandra Elliott, Janet Holm and Jennifer Huff; her brother, Eugene Fowlkes of Roseburg, Ore.; her sisters, Gail Havens of Burr Oak, Kansas, Bonnie Scarisbrick of Boise, Idaho, Mary Carroll of La Grange, Lue Gonsales of Modesto and Ann Boydstun of Magalia; and nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter.
