A funeral service was held Friday at Peace Church of God in Christ for Ruby Dean Walton, 75, of Ceres. She died Sept. 29, 2005 at Mercy Hospital in Folsom.
Burial was at Ceres Memorial Park under the direction of the Jesse E. Cooley Jr. Funeral Service in Stockton.
Born July 31, 1930, Mrs. Walton was a native of Terrell, Texas, and lived in Ceres for52 years. She was a machine operator at Patterson Frozen Foods for 32 years.
She leaves behind four children, Willie Walton of Orangevale, Ruth McElvaine of Ceres, Earline Rabb of Sacramento and Gwennetta Brothern of Merced.
