A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) for Shirley Ann Armstrong, 60, of Ceres. She died of natural causes on Friday, Nov. 26, 2004 at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Ceres Chapel of Franklin & Downs.
Born Nov. 14, 1944 Mrs. Armstrong was a native of Hinton, Okla., and lived in Ceres for 44 years. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Armstrong has attended John F. Kennedy School in Ceres.
She leaves behind her daughter, Avis Ann Armstrong of Twain Harte; her mother, Lois Etta Armstrong of Ceres; four brothers, Charles Armstrong of Buhl, Idaho, G.W. Armstrong of Crows Landing, and James Armstrong and John Armstrong, both of Ceres; and her sister, Etta Smith of Ceres.
