Allen Mortuary was in charge of private services for Shirley June Harris, 82, of Oakdale. She died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005 at her daughter's home in Ceres.
Born June 1, 1922, Mrs. Harris was a native of Australia and lived in Oakdale for nine years. She was a licensed vocational nurse at Seventh-day Adventist Hospital, Sonora, for 16 years.
Mrs. Harris leaves behind her daughter, Maree L. Martin of Ceres; and four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy N. Harris; sons, Nolan Harris and Rhett Harris; and 11 brothers and sisters.
