A memorial service was held Friday at First Southern Baptist Church in Ceres for Talisa Reashell Matthews Heidner, 34, of Cloverdale. She died Friday, Oct. 15, 2004 at her mother's home in Cloverdale.
Adobe Creek Funeral Chapel in Petaluma was in charge of arrangements.
Born Nov. 3, 1969, Ms. Heidner was a native of Ceres and lived in Cloverdale for two months. She previously lived in San Francisco for 18 months and in Modesto for 32 1/2 years. Ms. Heidner was a self-employed urban gardener who enjoyed music and travel.
She leaves behind her three children, Leiila Crawford, Savonnda Crawford and Steven Crawford, all of Cloverdale; her stepdaughter, Theresa Heidner of San Luis Obispo; her mother, Euanell Crawford of Cloverdale; and her father, John James Matthews of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, the Rev. John Crawford Sr.
