Terry L. Cole

There were no public services for former Ceres resident Terry L. Cole, 63, of Joshua Tree. He died Thursday, Feb. 5, 2004 at the Veterans Hospital in Los Angeles.

Born Feb. 19, 1940 in Red Oak, Iowa, Mr. Cole lived in Ceres from 1947 to 1958. He graduated from Ceres High School in 1958. He joined the Navy and then spent his career in the Air Force. He retired in 1982, then moved to Fresno then Joshua Tree. Mr. Cole enjoyed reading and making pottery.

He leaves behind his wife, Ann Cole of Joshua Tree; three daughters, Caralee Lee, Kelly Crippen, Connie Starkel all of Montana; his mother, Pearl Cole of Ceres; two sisters, Deanna Hancock and Linda Groves, both of Ceres; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Cole; and a brotehr, Dennis Cole.
